Two different options are available for downloading this release. The first is a standalone installer. It requires no additional software & creates shortcuts and an uninstaller. This is the recommended method. The second option is a .zip archive. This requires special software to extract and only contains the files needed for the game to run. It does not create shortcuts or an uninstaller. The sole reason for adding this was that some people prefer .zip files over installers. If you don't know what a .zip file is or how to open one, this is not for you. Please do not contact us asking how to install this; your message will be ignored. If you don't understand how to install this file, please download the standalone .exe.

Please note: This release is an ALPHA release. For those that don't know what that means, it basically is a development release. It is far from finished. The gameplay is unfinished, the graphics are temporary, and the code may have bugs in it. The release is mainly for people to check out how sr3 is progressing, or for the dev team to check out the game and give the modellers/artists a base to try out cars & other stuff.
